1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our courier and delivery services ("Services") provided by Same Day Courier Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a collection or delivery, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

2. Our Services

We provide same-day, next-day and scheduled courier services for parcels, documents, and goods within the UK. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that does not comply with these Terms.

3. Bookings & Payments

• •Quotes are provided via our online calculator, phone or email.
• •Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• •Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• •All prices quoted include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• •Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the collection time may be refunded, subject to a £20 administration fee.
• •Cancellations within 24 hours of the collection time are non-refundable.
• •If incorrect or incomplete details are provided and delivery cannot be completed, no refund will be issued.

6. Liability & Insurance

• •Our liability for loss or damage is limited to £10,000 (goods in transit) unless additional insurance is purchased in advance.
• •We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, contracts, or income).
• •Customers may request extended cover at the time of booking.

7. Delivery & Proof of Delivery (POD)

• •Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of booking.
• •POD may be obtained via signature, photograph, barcode scan, or electronic confirmation.
• •We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, accidents, severe weather, breakdowns, road closures, or industrial action.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• •Provide accurate pickup and delivery information, including contact numbers.
• •Ensure someone is available at both collection and delivery points.
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding transported goods.
